CONCEPT

The idea for this series was to make a set of faceless busts of anonymous characters. To do this, Santamarina used non-rigid materials and fabrics associated with Mediterranean popular culture, with the intention of creating a surprise effect and breaking with the concept of the classic bust associated with the hierarchies of domination and power.
